Faced with a second lock down once again Wellington running club set up daily fun challenges for the whole of November. November became “up your coronavirus”. Each morning a new challenge was set. Some were obvious like run 10k others had people take their own meaning on it. The main thing being our members still enjoyed the physical and mental benefits that exercise brings.
